Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: [16/10/2026]
1. Agreement to the Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the GTSmartAI website, applications, AI tools, APIs, subscription plans, team workspaces, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated by reference. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. What GTSmartAI Provides
GTSmartAI offers access to AI-assisted chat, writing, visual and video creation, coding, translation, research, document analysis, voice tools, social-content support, workflows, AI agents, chatbots, and related functionality. Availability is subject to product configuration, plan entitlements, geographic restrictions, compatible providers, maintenance, and technical limitations. Features described as planned, potential, or subject to integration are not guaranteed to be active.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and satisfy any minimum-age or parental-authorization requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law.
4. Plans, Credits, and Usage Limits
Free and paid plans may have different features, AI models, credits, seats, usage caps, and technical restrictions. Current entitlements, fees, billing cycles, and important usage conditions will be shown on the Pricing or checkout page. AI credits are service-use allowances, not money, unless the product terms expressly provide otherwise. We may apply fair-use and anti-abuse controls, including rate limits, to protect availability and security.
5. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the relevant payment processor to charge the disclosed fees and applicable taxes at the agreed interval until cancellation. You may cancel through available account controls or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation and refund rights are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Price or plan changes affecting future renewals will be notified where required by law.
6. Your Content and Permission to Process It
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in materials you submit, such as prompts, files, and documents. You grant GTSmartAI and its authorized service providers a limited right to host, transmit, analyze, reproduce, or otherwise process that content as necessary to provide the selected Services, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content, including third-party confidential information or personal data.
7. AI-Generated Results
AI-generated text, code, images, audio, video, and analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for checking accuracy, legality, safety, suitability, licensing implications, and any required third-party rights before relying on or publishing outputs. To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party provider terms, GTSmartAI does not claim ownership of your lawful outputs merely because our tools generated them. No exclusive ownership, copyright protection, or non-infringement guarantee is promised.
8. Professional and High-Risk Uses
The Services are general-purpose tools and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional. Do not rely on unverified outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions affecting rights, health, safety, employment, lending, or access to essential opportunities. Additional restrictions may apply to specific providers or features.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, commit fraud or impersonation, distribute malicious software, facilitate unlawful surveillance, send unauthorized spam, interfere with systems, bypass access or usage controls, or exploit vulnerabilities. You must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy and any feature-specific rules. We may review credible reports of misuse and take proportionate steps to protect users and the platform.
10. Team Workspaces, Agents, and Chatbots
An organization that creates a team workspace is responsible for its administrators, invitations, permissions, and the lawful collection of information from its members and end users. If you deploy a GTSmartAI chatbot or agent to interact with website visitors or customers, you are responsible for appropriate notices, lawful processing, human oversight, and ensuring that automated responses do not mislead users or violate applicable rules.
11. Third-Party Technology
Some features rely on external AI, hosting, payment, or integration partners. Third-party terms, policies, and availability may apply. An external provider may modify or discontinue a feature outside our control. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material service changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.
12. Intellectual Property
GTSmartAI’s brand, software, interface, original site content, and documentation are owned by GTSmartAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with your plan; they do not transfer ownership of our platform or proprietary technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software except where law permits.
13. Suspension, Termination, and Data
We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, material breaches, verified fraud, threats to security, or legal requirements. When reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address a problem. You may stop using the Services or request account closure. Information may be retained after closure where reasonably needed for legal compliance, security, or disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Mandatory refund and consumer remedies remain unaffected.
14. Service Availability and Responsibility
We work to make the Services reliable, but outputs and availability depend on software, infrastructure, and AI technologies that may fail or change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are supplied without promises of error-free, uninterrupted, or universally suitable results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other duties and statutory consumer protections that law does not permit us to exclude.
15. Changes and Governing Law
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. We will make the current version available on our website and notify users of material updates where legally required. These Terms are governed by the laws of [APPLICABLE JURISDICTION], subject to mandatory rights of customers under applicable consumer and data-protection laws. Disputes should first be raised with support for an opportunity to resolve them fairly; lawful regulatory and court remedies remain available.
